1. I can only speak my native language. Can you do the job?

→ It's fine if you can speak your native language. You will be guided in your native language in your favorite genre and your favorite city. If you can speak a little Japanese, we can support you more, but basically, it's OK if you can communicate.

2. I don't know much about Tokyo, is that okay?

→ It's fine if you can guide in your favorite area and with your favorite things. In order to meet the requests of more customers, you may need to study a little about popular tourist spots in general, but we will support you if you want, so as long as you are motivated, it's fine! Don't worry.

3. I'm worried about whether I can guide in the first place, what to do, because I don't have any experience.
→ It's fine if you plan to guide your friend in your favorite city. It's more important to listen to the customer's requests and fulfill them in a frank manner than a formal and stiff guide service. The most important thing to make them enjoy themselves is to enjoy yourself first! If you are still unsure, we can provide accompanying support, but the remuneration conditions will change, so please let us know.

4. Is it okay if I can only make time once a week?

→ It's okay. We will match your free time with the offers you want to make as a guide. We don't guarantee that the offers will match, but we will match you with a partner who can realize what you want to do based on what you are good at, so the hours you work are up to you!

5. I'm scared and worried about guides of the opposite sex.

→ Basically, we ask customers to disclose their attributes, and we match them with customers of the same sex or with families. If you wish, we will also match with people of other sexes, so you can choose the work you accept for yourself.

6. How much is the remuneration?

→ We will consult with you depending on your abilities and qualifications, but it is 1,500 to 6,000 yen/hour. In addition to this, there is also a system of starting support and an hourly wage increase by obtaining an extension.
